Title: Smile

Smile is a short stop-motion set in the circus ring, a graduation piece from UCA Farnham. It is a dysfunctional love story between two misfits, an acrobat dancer and a clown, fixed in their character roles and unable to translate their performed romance into reality. As the narrative unfolds, the characters gradually begin to see behind the façade of their performance personas.
